Is A Dummy Good For Babies With Reflux

Chapel, a landmark art to discover ...

Inhabited since prehistoric times, Chapel (Badajoz) is one of the most interesting from the archaeological point of view. The area is located between Siberia Extremadura and La Serena, in fact belongs to Castuera court. Is a typical area of \u200b\u200brural depopulation, with about 190 inhabitants, but with a great historical and artistic treasure worth visiting.

Although Pliny and refer to the area in Roman times, the chapel was, from the Lower Paleolithic times an area with a large population. This is confirmed the different and numerous rock paintings can be found in the Sierra de la Moral, a landmark in the landscape of Extremadura, where we represented different humanoid figures, geometric shapes that seem to resemble stars or settlements and interesting cars, might be a ceremonial or who knows war.

Already a final stage of the Bronze Age, early Iron Age, about the ninth century BC, found a large number of tombstones, which represent warriors with rich furnishings of swords, shields and jewelry. Outlining does not preclude his account of his subject, and many of these trails are common in other parts of Extremadura and Alentejo Portuguese neighbor are exhibited in the Archaeological Museum of Badajoz (inside the Alcazaba). The direct testimony of the continued human presence in the area, now almost depopulated, also found in the presence of the remains of a Celtic hill fort, built with cyclopean boulders, which could date from the VI-VIIth century BC and later occupied turdetanos and Romans. The ceramic remains so certify.

But

Chapel is not only prehistoric art. On your visit you can also visit the Castle, of Muslim origin. The Church of Santiago, located on what was possibly the old mosque and where interesting murals appeared in 1991 after a restoration, dating from the fifteenth century and showing scenes of war and religious. And above all, Chapel is nature and tranquility. Does a trip to Chapel?. Useful information on www.capilla.es
